You can discard 1 card, then target 1 monster on the field with 2400 or less ATK; destroy it, then if you destroyed a monster you control, you can Special Summon 1 Dragon monster from your hand or Deck whose original Level is 2 higher than the destroyed monster. You can only use each effect of "Threat Armed Dragon" once per turn.
